However, migration can be said to be inevitable for developing countries. 3.6% of the world's population or 281 million people are migrants. The main reason is economic. Migration is characterized by both positive and negative consequences. Remittances characterize positively, which are a prerequisite not only for reducing poverty, but also for stimulating GDP growth. The negative is characterized by a quantitative decrease in the population, which entails a decrease in income to the country's budget. In 2019-2021 in Georgia, 149.75 million lari was received from abroad in the form of remittances from migrants, although these remittances are spent on household consumption, which has a positive effect on families remaining in the country as poverty decreases, which leads to an increase in living standards. In particular, remittances increased by 1% in 2021 compared to coronavirus

Thus, it can be concluded that the economic benefits of migration lie in the diversification of currency crises in the country. I believe that all Georgian migrants should return to the country, but this problem cannot be solved until jobs are created, because they want to return.

Thanks to these problems, the population can further increase the scale of migrants in order to improve their socio-economic situation.
Maia Gelashvili Copyright (c) 2023 Economic, Business, Management http://sjunijournals.ge/index.php/EBM/article/view/301 Wed, 15 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000 HUMAN RESOURCES, THE PECULIARITIES AND PROBLEMS FOR THEIR SELECTION IN GEORGIA http://sjunijournals.ge/index.php/EBM/article/view/302
The problems related to selection of the highly qualified staff is especially crucial in the conditions of the modern market economy, as optimal use of the resources leads to the organizational success, raising of the competitiveness and its long life cycle. The poverty is the main problem faced by the developing countries and the main challenge of their economics and politics is to overcome such a dilemma. Unlike industrial developed countries, the majority of the developing countries has lack of industrial factors, assets and qualified labor. The lack of the mentioned factors leads to the low level of the income per capita hindering economic growth of the developing countries. Political instability, absence of the warranties and improper economic politics often are the preventive factors for investments. One of the greatest problems of the country is the difference between incomes of the countries, why the some countries become rich and others experience stagnation.
Amalia Shakulashvili Copyright (c) 2023 Economic, Business, Management http://sjunijournals.ge/index.php/EBM/article/view/307 Wed, 15 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000 FOR INTERPRETATION OF THE VALUATION OF BUSINESS MARKET VALUE BY EARNING CAPITALIZATION METHOD http://sjunijournals.ge/index.php/EBM/article/view/308
An article discusses the methodological issues of the valuation of own capital by the business based on ongoing market values.
