THE SPEECH PECULIARITIES OH HIGHLANDERS IMMIGRATED IN MESKHETI
Abstract
Dialectological study is one of the main parts in national Language study. The study of the Georgian Language dialects has a long tradition. Rachvelians, Pshavelians, Adjarians, people from Imereti and many highland people live in Samtskhe-Javakheti region together with Meskhetians. The aim of our research is to study the speech of the highland people in order to find out if there are any interferential cases in relation of these two dialects. In the article two dialects are represented according to nominative case formation. It shows some peculiarities of highlanders‟ speaking manner. The article says that there are no interferential cases in the speech of highlanders, which has its reason.
