The problems related to selection of the highly qualified staff is especially crucial in the conditions of the modern market economy, as optimal use of the resources leads to the organizational success, raising of the competitiveness and its long life cycle. Therefore human resource management department has the most important place in the organization management to recruiting the labor resource with relevant knowledge and experience to ensure successful operation of the organization, protecting of the organization from external and internal threats and raising its reputation. As the problem is quite important the following questions are asked, which methods shall be applied and how to recruit staff in a fair manner?
The goal of the paper is to study the problems of staffing in Georgia. Due to theoretical and practical importance of recruiting, the article discusses and studies both traditional and non-traditional methods of selecting human resource, foreign experience, Cons and Pros of the human resource selection methods.
